Accessibility Statement
Stargazing Finder aims to make its content usable with keyboards, screen readers, browser zoom, text resizing, and a range of devices and input methods.
Accessibility target
The site seeks to follow the principles of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at Level AA where practical. This statement is not a formal claim that every page, embedded service, map, advertisement, or third-party component currently conforms in full.
Measures used
- Logical heading levels within page content.
- Keyboard-accessible links and controls where the component permits it.
- Visible focus indicators.
- Readable color contrast and scalable text.
- Descriptive link wording instead of relying only on “click here.”
- Labels for form controls and status messages where forms are present.
- Text context for maps, scores, tables, and visual planning elements.
- Responsive layouts that reduce horizontal overflow, with scroll containers for wide tables.
Maps and visual data
Interactive maps can be difficult for some assistive technologies. Country and location pages are intended to provide nearby text cards, names, regions, cautions, and comparison information so the map is not the only way to understand the content.
Scores and color indicators should also include visible text or numbers. Color alone should not be required to identify a result.
Third-party limitations
Embedded maps, consent tools, advertising, videos, fonts, and other third-party services may have accessibility limitations outside the site’s direct control. Alternative access may depend on the provider.
Known challenges
Complex filter controls, map popups, wide comparison tables, dynamically inserted content, and older pages may not perform consistently in every combination of browser and assistive technology. Improvements are prioritized when a specific barrier can be reproduced.
Report a barrier
Accessibility feedback can be sent to contact@stargazingfinder.com. Include the page URL, the task being attempted, what happened, the expected result, and any relevant device, browser, operating system, or assistive technology.
Do not include sensitive medical information. A functional description of the barrier is usually enough.
Response and remediation
Reports are reviewed according to impact, reproducibility, technical control, and the availability of a practical alternative. A barrier may be corrected directly, replaced with a more accessible component, or accompanied by an alternative format.

This statement may be revised as the website, standards, and third-party services change. The effective date identifies the current version.
