The site provides general night-sky, destination, map, timing, access, and planning information. Content is not a live forecast, navigation service, emergency service, permit, landowner authorization, safety certification, or professional advice.
Conditions may change after publication. Current weather, Moon position, road status, closures, park rules, property boundaries, transport, observatory access, local law, and emergency information must be checked independently before travel.
Permitted use
Visitors may access the site for personal, non-commercial research and planning. Ordinary linking to public pages is allowed when the link does not misrepresent sponsorship, ownership, or endorsement.
Prohibited conduct
- Using the site to facilitate trespass, unlawful entry, harassment, habitat disturbance, dangerous driving, or violation of protected-area rules.
- Attempting to bypass security, overload the server, introduce malicious code, scrape at a disruptive rate, or interfere with other users.
- Copying substantial portions of content, databases, maps, score systems, page structures, or original presentation for republication without permission.
